Default TCS Axles. Have a question

There is what I believe to be a pick up gear on the end of the TCS axles that works with the sensor on the backing plate.

How is this gear put on the axle? Is it pressed on?

Yeah, it's pressed on but you can get it off by heating it up. I popped mine off using a little propane torch, takes a while but they'll come off once hot enough....

take two of those flat prybars and use the end with the 90 on it and just pry up on both sides at the same time. i took both mine off in 2 minutes to put on the 12bolt axles. put them back on with a block of wood and a hammer

Thanks guys.. Do they fit standard axles or does the axle have to be ordered a specific way?
