What are the torque specs for the backing plate bolts on the stock 10-bolt axles?

You don't have to go crazy, they are not that critical.

just tighten them snug with a 3/8" ratchet and wrench

Well, I've heard of these bolts coming loose on people. I'm gonna use some locktite at least.
