rear end poping and humming

rear end poping and humming about 5 months ago i put my 99 tarns am in the shop for rear end noise. it was covered under extended warrenty. when i picked it up, i had minimal noise from it. it was driven for about 3 mo. and the whine got worse. today i drove it a little hard but not real hard launches, and now when i turn at a dead stop, i get alot of hard poping and whining. the rear end should still be covered, just wondering what yall think it may be.
