Default 9" yoke

whats the best way to see what yoke is on my 9" i bought it used and it has a stock center section.....the lock up in yoke measure 3 7/8... i cant fine a u joint that width..biggest i can find is 3 5/8 i think the cap size need is 1 1/16?

My stock Ford center section uses a Ford 1330 u joint/yoke. The Ford 1330 has a larger cap diameter than the standard GM 1330 by 1/16". Total diameter of a Ford 1330 cap diameter is 1&1/8". The widths are the same. Make sure to look for the exact dimension because some items only list 1330 without further details.

ok when i put the 3 5/8 u joint in the yoke the is still a 1/16 inch gap from the lockup notch...........and caps on u joint are 1 1/6.....

You will need a Ford 1330 that has a 1 & 1/8" cap diameter like I was talking about
