What gears?
A4, Yank SS4000. This next summer will also be going H/C.
Going to be ordering a MWC 9" probably next week and am kiinda still unsure about what gear I want. Car is not a DD so gas mileage is of no concern. I was originally going to go 3.73 but have read some people talking 3.70's or lower. Just looking for what will match the stall/mods the best.
What say you LS1tech?

Gears should match your camshaft. Depending on the cam, your gear should match the recommended rpm band. Gears and converter compliment your camshaft, in effect, the rpm would best cover 1/8th or 1/4 (yer choice) in the power range that best suites your cam-to-rpm band for all-out power.

After the heads I'm going to have Pat G spec a cam. More of a fun street car than a strip car. I'm going to try to keep the cam powerband in street levels.
