Default 10 bolt w 410 vs 12 bolt 410 w spool

So im not the brightest when it comes to rear ends so stick with me here.
im torn between these 2 options and would like advice and past experiance.

i have a opportunity to pick up a 12 bolt with moser axles with 410 gears for close to free. but it has a spool and i want to put a posi in it because my car is a mostly street car. from what ive seen spools are not the best for street use therefore i will go get a posi and switch it over.
The thing i like is the 410 gears for my car which is a m6 and it seems as if thats a really good combo to go with.

OR

Do i just put 410 gears in my current 10 bolt? i Know that they are weak and i do plan on building up the motor here within the year so i would want it to be strong enough to handle something in the 350 to 450 hp range.

So what would be the best thing to do in this case?

Ok listen grasshopper, the 10 bolt is not strong enough to handle stock power with an M6 for long. Get the 12 bolt, put in a good posi, and you will be WAY ahead of most Fbody owners because we all want one but $3k for a rear is just hard to swing. Don't waste your time on the 10 if you can afford the 12. PERIOD

Yeah definately go with the 12 bolt especially if your going to build the motor and the price is right. Then you won't have to worry about babying the rear to make it last later.
