Ford 8.8 Rear End with GM Axle Tubes
Hello guys! I started this project in about a year ago and I've hit a wall. For some time I didn't have the funds to finish it, but now I do but simply don't know what to do.
I won't bore you guys with the details, but this is what I ended up with.
I need to know, what type of axles to get, C-Clip or If I can run C-Clip eliminators. I want to reuse the stock disk brakes.
Depending on that then I need to go for either a Differential or Spool. But If I need to go with a Differential, Can I run C-Clips with a mini-spool?
I am already set on the gear ratio I want to run. Which is 4.10 or 4.11.

You can look on fleebay and find a trac lock carrier for $170.00 with 8 carbon fiber clutchs and upgraded springs. ( I bought one for my 8.8). You can not, as far as I know, use c-clip eliminator on f-body housing ends. You can,how ever, buy 9" housing ends for $90 from moser, weld them to your housing, end use both c-clip eliminator and your factory brakes.
