Default TA Rear Performance Girdle

Just recently ordered one of these. Has anyone seen any differences in the way their rear ends react when launching? I know it helps with the deflection of the ring gear. Is this true or did I just fall for a gimmick haha

ive had two covers. i just a had an LPW installed a couple weeks ago. its supposed to be strong. it looks nice and holds a lot more oil than a stock cover. having a drain plug is also good.

This sums it up lol

After rebuilding the last rear i destroyed (about 20 track passes) i spent the $$$ for the girdle and i'm going on 2 years and around 75 passes and the rear is holding up without an issue and still no noises. Sure i can't get below a 1.9 60ft to save my life but it's not from a lack of trying.

Ive set up a couple rear ends for m6 cars using the girdle cover, but i also put in a solid crush sleeve. They have been holding up well, the biggest thing i like is the fill and drain plugs.

not to hijack, but in the product description for solid crush sleeves it says to make sure your installer is familiar with installation......what do you do different when setting a new ring/pinion with this part?.....i've been thinking about getting gears/girdle to hold me oven until i can buy a 9"
