Default Rearend from 98 auto car into a 99 m6 car?

Thought I remembered there being a difference in traction control or abs wiring between these years? Gearing and posi differences? Been out of the game for a while and now my car needs some attention

everything should be plug and go but it does have different gears then the m6 rear. it either has 3.23's or 2.73 in it. As for posi i believe the 98 does have a different posi unit then the rest of the years but that really shouldnt matter.

M6 is a 3.42 geared rearend,A4's could be either 2.73 or 3.23.
ABS only is 3 channel,ABS & TC is 4 channel. Channels are NOT compatable with each other. Mechanically, either one will function, but ABS and/or ABS & TC will not.
1999 would have a Torsen 'posi'(1999-2002).
1998 and earlier would have an Auburn 'posi'.
