new posi unit 7.5 or 7.65??

I see 7.5 and 7.65 listed in differentials are they interchangeable I'm ordering a new differential and want to order the correct size.

7.5 is the same as 7.625.
a 7.625 rearend has a 7.625 OD ring gear mounted on a 7.5 carrier.
a 7.5 rearend has a 7.5 OD ring gear mounted on a 7.5 carrier.
rearend parts are the same: bearings,seals,shims,etc.
