Default Pinion leakage problem

Car developed a pinion leak a few weeks ago (decent sized one). Rear was redone about 6 years ago by DTS in Warren MI and haven't had an issue up to now.
took it to them on friday and they changed a pinion seal. still leaking about the same amount.
I lowered the car this spring (about 1 1/2") but didn't use an adjustable panhard bar (rear was only off about 1/2" side to side so would have needed 1/4" of adjustment. figured I could get away with that. Did this possibly cause my problem?
car has 65k miles on it. makes about 380rwhp with listed mods. It isn't drag raced from a dig hardly ever, but is driven "spiritedly".
Any rear end gurus have any ideas where my problem might be?
no noises of any kind coming from rear.

No, and sometimes fresh seals leak some. Id make sure the level is correct (not overfilled) and watch it closely. If it continues you will need to swap seals again. I prefer an ac delco oem seal. Also, inspect the mating surface on the yoke and I would permatex the seal into the housing.

I'm sure the installer inspected the rear yoke (or hope that he did). Thought there could be pinion bearing issues but no rear end noise.

It can also weep through the splines on yoke - sealer should of been added there

That's is correct. I always put sealer on the splines and on the outer edge of the seal where it meets the housing.

going back to DTS for try number 2 on Friday. Got my fingers crossed. hard to have car sitting in garage not drivable (don't want to run lube out, its a 25 mile drive to DTS).

Factory 10 bolt. DTS put in a Trutrac and 3.73 gears 5-6 years ago.
Rear never leaked a drop until the day of the dream cruise. There was a puddle of about 2-3 tablespoons under the car. About the same size spot after they changed the pinion seal.
