bolts loose on rear backing plate cause noise on left turns???

bolts loose on rear backing plate cause noise on left turns??? since i bought the car with 8k on it...now has 26 k ive had this clicking, knocking noise on left turns... often time when im going straight at speeds less than 20mph...
once i get going its fine no noise...totally quite...
any ever do the tsb for the backing plate on there ls1 cars?
btw i have a 2001 transam six speed.

my car does the exact same thing and it drives me crazy. didnt understand what youre saying though,"any ever do the tsb for the backing plate" ? please explain maybe i can help.
