Question rear end help

I am trying to disassemble the stock 10 bolt limited slip and I can't get the side gears or the spyder gears out of the differential. My friend says that they should have just fell out after the ring gear was removed but they haven't. I just recently broke an axle so I am trying to see any damage done to the side or spyder gears. Any one know how to get this thing apart?

You have to drive out the s spring first then roll the gears out. Make sure you take note of gear placement and shims for reassembly. Good luck

Where is this S spring located in the differential?
