Default 3-ch. Moser in 4-ch. car?? Swaybar/driveshaft?'s

What will I have to do in order to get a 3-ch. rear converted to a 4-ch. I think I recall that I have to pull the axles and convert to 4-ch. backing plates and exciter rings.??
-Whatever I have to do could someone estimate cost for this?
-Can I use any parts from my stock 10-bolt?
-I'm not really sure what exciter rings are? What purpose do exciter rings do?
-Do you have to have something pressed on with these?
-What about C-clips? What are those?
-Will my stock driveshaft work with the Moser?
-Will I have to change swaybar mounts or will the stockers work?
-My car is lowered. I currently have BMR Bolt-on relocation brackets? Will these fit the Moser? (I could always weld them on if they do for more rigidty.) If not, does Moser sell these?

Also, I have heard that Strange are better than Moser and vice versa. I have heard that Moser has a problem with whining. I am buying a used Moser with only 1k miles on it and it did whine but he had it rebuilt at a shop and no longer whines. Does this elimiate the edge of buying a Moser? I didn't know if Moser's are just harder to set up or if they are just set-up shitty from the company.

Finally, what would happen if I put the 3-ch. rear in my car without the provisions for 4-ch.? Will it throw codes? Could I have them deleted with my LS1Edit? Will it/how would it effect braking?

Sorry for all the questions. Any help is appreciated.
