Anyone know main bearing cap bolt torque specs?

I just pulled the TA Performance cover off my 10 bolt and sold it. Now I have to reinstall the old main bearing cap bolts and cover so I can sell that. Anyone know the torque specs on those?

60-65 ft/lbs for a 7.6.

Do I need anything like loktite on it or no?

Not neccesary, but I usually add lock-tite red.
