Default adjusting my tach and spedometer?

Where should/can i go to have these instruments adjusted after a 4.10 rearend install?

or do i have to buy a programmer

The tach will work fine other than being slow. The mph will be off roughly 10-15mph depending on how fast you're going. You need a tuner of some sort to fix the MPH. Any hand-held tuner or tuning software can adjust the speedo for gear changes.
