Default 3.73/tire height questions..

I have an A4..and i'm just wondering with my 9" with 3.73's in it.. would i be better of getting 15x10 rims with 325/50/15(27.9 tire height) or dropping to 15x8 rims with 275/50/15(26.1 tire height)? I am basing these off of M/T ET street radials... I am afraid that the 325/50/15 tire height will be too tall and will not be good with my 3.73 on my A4.. because 26" tall is about stock correct?

Unless there is a 325 wide tire out there that is 26" tall? does anyone know?

Any help is greatly appreciated.. Making some final decisions before i purchase 15x10's or 15x8's..

thanks for any help! last second decision!

I'd stick w/ the 26" until you move to 4.10s or higher. With 3.73s you should be able to reach ~135 mph in 3rd gear. If you trap more than that, step up to a bigger tire.

Now send my damn shocks

Where can i find a 26" tall tire for 15x10's? what kind of tire sizes can i fit on that size rim? Or do you think i should get 15x8's with like a 275/50/15? I just want to hook up and get awesome 60 ft's.. i'm afraid 15x8's might give a little too much.. Let me know!

haha i like the little part you added.. they'll be shipped wednesday.. Thanks!

MT's site says that you should run their 275/50/15's on a 10" rim so you should be fine with them.
