Default what gauge for gear install??
Hey guys whats the name of the gauge that I need to set back-lash in the rear? and who might sell them?

You will need a magnetic base also. Any decent tool place, including Sears should have it.

Dial indicator with a magnetic stand. Bought mine at the local Napa. Had to be special ordered though.

It cost me $98.56 including tax. I got the magnetic base that holds more weight also (100 lbs, I think).

try harbor freight you may get one for less than 50 with the base.
