Default Rearend Gears

I know that on a m6 we can break are rearends easily. But my question is that would 3.73 be safe with a stock rearend on drags not slicks.Thanx

10bolts are unpredictable, some run 10's, some break in the 13's. one thing is for sure....every time you make a run w/anything stickier than street tires on a stock 10bolt and you do any sort of launch....its a crapshoot. the numerically higher the worse it gets w/the 10bolt.

save your money and buy other mods, when it breaks then replace it. if you put new gears in it now and it breaks you will have to get into it twice, and i don't know about you but i hate to do anything twice, and waste money. the 3.73's might hold, but you never know.
