4.10 diffrence

could anyone tell me the improvement they saw in the 1/4 with 4.10s in a M6 i would like to know if its worth the money and improvment because i have to drive it everyday and i dont want to give up gas milage if it dosent help a decent amount

3-4 tenths going from 3.42's to 4.10's. Gas mileage isnt affected much on the hwy, some in the city.
