Default 3.42 To 3.73 Final Gear ?

I Have Some Questions,
1. What Is The Final Gear At The Rearend With Some 3.42's And 26 Inch Tires?
2. What Is The Final Gear At The Rearend With Some 3.73's And 28 Inch Tires?
Does Any One Out There Have These Correct Answer's? Or Is There A Calculation Chart Available? Thanks.

If my math is correct, and the stock wheels are 26inch tall, if you increase the tire size from 26 to 28, being that the C=pi*D, then the ratio of a 3.73 at 28 inch would be (26/28)*3.73, or about a 3.46 rear, which is almost the same as 26 inch tires on a 3.42.

I did some research and found that if you go to a lower diameter tire, you increase your ratio, so a short but wide tire will bump up your actual ratio, and people actually have noticed the improvement, assuming you don't already have a 4.10 rear. I have a 2.73, so it would really be noticeable.

I see how the calculation works but how would you figure out rpms based on the final gear ratio? I want to know my rpm at 70 mph and what the top speed would be.
