Default low trac. + ABS inop. light after 3.73's

I tried a search but I keep coming up with "no matches found". I just finished installing an Eaton posi and some Motive 3.73's with a solid pinion spacer. The rear set up real well, but now the low traction light comes on then switches to the ABS inop. light. I can feel the ABS cycling in the pedal on brake application too. WTF? I reset the speedometer with HPTuners. What else do I have to do to get this right? Any help would be appreciated!

P.S.
Any ideas on resetting shift points would help too!

Dont you have to do a recalibration for the gears. Along with the speedo. I thought there was a section for a different gear ratio?????

In the 01, your sensors are at each rear wheel, did you reinstall the wires after you removed the sensors to get the C clips out? The car doesn't care about gear ratios but the speedo and transmission do, so yes you need to recalibrate but it won't cause a TCS light.

Actually, my sensor is not at the wheels, but in the top of the center section. I did re-set the computer for the gears, but I'm still having a problem. The car was driven a bit before the re-calibration was done though. I heard this could throw the ABS computer off. Any suggestions?
