Default Going Stage 4 Spec...any special break in procedures?

4th Clutch assy., hoping that this one will do it. My stage 2 lasted about 10k miles and I didn't really abuse it too much. The rivots were chomping a nice groove in the pressure plate. I am aware of the 500 mile no "burn" limitations, but what is the best procedure to break in this puppy?? I am breaking in my new bottom end at the same time, so I don't plan on any heavy driving for a while. Any suggestions, input??

Which material is the clutch? Carbon, kevlar?

500 miles of lots of stop and go driving is best for breaking in. Highway driving doesn't count.

Be ready for that fugger to rattle your teeth out!

I think the Stage4 is classed as ceramic right? i would go with whatever SPEC recommends as break-in. I put almost 800 miles on my stage3 carbon before I jumped on it.

Got it in and drove it yesterday. NO CHATTER! The disk is kevlar (I believe, but not ceramic) no springs on the disk or the pressure plate, but it is VERY drivable. I will give it a good 600 miles before any abuse. Thanks for the input.

Just don't slip it, I put 500 miles on my stage 3 kevlar when I had it....lots of city driving...
