Gears in a stock 10 bolt?

Gears in a stock 10 bolt? Im going to trade in the rear for a built tranny. I was wondering what gear I should go with in a stock 10bolt ( girdle only) I dont drive on the highway at all or for that matter I dont even drive the car that much!! I go to the track once a month if that and never torque the car that much so my rear never really gets beat or abused on. What gears should I go with? I really want 4.10's but dont know if that would be o.k. I dont want to go with anything lower than 3.42's, should I do 3.73's?
