how!?!?! what am i suppossed to use to torque the 4 backingplate nuts on? by the way its for my new moser 12 bolt. what did u guys do?

to remove the e brake,,,the horse shoe looking thing gets pulled up and off to the side--^then>....might have to pull it toward you depending on the bracket behind it...
