Default Rear differential

My rear passenger side wheel squeaks. Thought it was a wheel bearing, but I had them check it when I had it aligned and they said it was good. They said they thought it was my differential. I dont' know much about the differential, but it really doesn't make sense because I only hear it comming from the passenger side. Any ideas?

I did, looks like that might be it. I tried to lossen them, but I still have a bit of a squeak. There's a little rust on the disk hopefully that will sole the problem.
