I am getting a fresh 10 bolt with fresh 4.10s in it along with these:
is lakewood a good reliable brand? Any feedback would be great.

The traction action lift bars suck......they break.
The regular LCAs Lakewood makes are fine. I have had a set on my car for years. They need painted again but they will last forever and work very well.
I am switching to adjustables soon so I can run 28 inch tires.

Well I got the traction action bars for free so I think I'm going to use them. Can I do Relocation brackets, LCA's AND traction bars?
I heard relocation brackets do a great job of elminating wheel hop. I want my 10 bolt to last as long as it can. I don't run at the track, mostly street use.
I also got a torque arm with the deal!
Any suggestions

relocation brackets do work nicely, i have them on my thirdgen.
I had the lakewood regular lca's on my older thirdgen and they worked nicely and well worth the 90 bucks.
other 10 bolt beef-up mods are the srtonger diff cover, and welding the axle tubes.
