Default Problem after 4.10 install

Ok guys this is the problem, a couple of days ago I installed a set os Motive gear 4.10s and everything seemed cool. But then I went and drove on some windey Hwy. I noticed that the left rear rotor is making a squeaking noise. I get home, take the tire off and notice that the rotor has scoring on it from contacting the caliper bracket. I take the brakes apart and notice that the the axle has a lot of end-play (in and out) travel. The right side seems ok, so im thinking that my axle bearings are shot. Or i was thinking that maybe I need a ring gear spacer, but I dont see how that could be the problem. Please give Me Your input or reply if You had a similar problem. Thanks.

The c-clip is missing for that axle. You may have left it off because thy can't fall out once installed.
