Default used gears or not?

I am on a tight budget...money comes easy but leaves easier... i have 3.23 in my 99 30th ann ta...would any of you suggest buying used gears or just asve the money and buy new ones?

new definitely, if there is bad pattern on the used ones they will never be quiet

New all the way. If you use used you need to get things dead on to the way they were run last or they will be noisy.

As cheap as gear sets are, you'd be foolish going with used gears. Once gears are steup in a car, if you put them in another rearend, the true track of the original setup will always be burnt into the gear set and you will have noise.
