need an expert advise, car overheating bit not hooking right.
I was driving on the highway, 87F degrees out, pushing the car a bit 110mph...cool. after a while like 10-15 mins of cruising I start noticing I rev up and not hooking too well, the temp gauge went from 180 to 210 ...
I mean the tranny is not slipping but not hooking great it also can be the gears not working right? anyways I got a B&M tranny cooler so that's not a problem. I stoped at a gas station and I noticed fumes coming out through the rear tires, first I thought it would be the tires (MT et street DRs) got too hot and fuming, but then I noticed it coming from the rear end area exiting via the rear tires clearance. so the million dollar question... I know
the car looks like it's overheating a bit, then not hooking right while it's motor reving well, fumes coming out of the mid-rear end area of the car when I stoped... what's going on? I popped the hood and no fumes/smoke there...
