Default Changing Rear Diff Oil?

I want to change the oil in the rear end. I know there is rear additive I need to use. just curious if which of these I need.

Auburn = conventional gear oil and the posi additive

Torsen = either synthetic or conventional oil and no additive

its not KY...
you can still use the first stuff and Torsen did releaser a bulliten saying if you get a "rusty screw noise" the additive will quiet it. Look on torsens web site
