Default Is this normal?

Ive been feeling a little bit of grinding in my rear end the past few days since I put my new transmission in.

Ive got a Finishline stage 4 tranny on a stock rear end with 3.23s.

I took my back wheels off today to replace my brakes (thinking thats what the feeling was) but when I got the rotors off, I noticed that even with the transmission in "Park" the wheel studs in the back were still able to be turned by hand, but it wasnt a smooth turning. It felt a little clunky.

My car does have traction control if that changes anything, but is this normal when having a car in park for the back wheels to still turn?

if you have a torsen you should be able to spin one axle and have the opposing axle spin the opposite direction
