4.10 gears top end question

4.10 gears top end question does 4.10 take away from your top end and if so where would the car top out at... and another question, if i put heads and cam would it do the 150 or better....

It takes away from your top end.
are you a M6 or A4?
Also, if you get a cam that revs higher, you will still have a decently high top speed, as the 2nd person already mentioned.

I have 4.10's and have no problem running 150mph plus if i need to. It all depends on the mods you have. Also if you plan to run top end you might want to increase your rev limiter.
