I grabbed a rearend from a 98 z auto, yanked the cover to see what carrier I had and find 3.73s (41 ring 11 pinion, right?) staring back at me. The car is long gone so is there another way to identify the carrier? Also is there a way to test the posi? I seem to remember reading something about turning one wheel one direction while locking the other and measuring the force, like a torque wrench? This thing is pretty clean inside so I may offer it up for sale (or trade for a 4.10 ish for my 6 spd.), because its a four channel and I need three (and dont trust my ability to drill a straight hole).
