Default Car not moving and bad noise in rear

I have a 99 trans am that was dyno'd at just under 400hp to the ground. I had motive 3.90 gears in it that i had just put in about a month earlier.
When i took it to the track the other weekend i got some bad wheel hop off the line and BAM! nothing!! All of a sudden my drive shaft is spinning freely and i hear some rattling in the rear end when i shift through the gears. I am almost certain its my new gears all messed up but someone at the track mentioned it might just be my spider gears making that noise. Anyone have any thoughts?
Also, How long should it take me to replace my gears if i am somewhat technical. I am wanting to learn to do it myself. Are there any self helps on here anywhere for that? Any advice?
Thanks for all your help

Default

you blew the 10 bolt up, probably the ring/pinion gears, but you could have grenaded the differential, time for a rebuild.
