Default What gears to buy after th400 swap?

I am currently in the process of swapping out my t56 for a th400. The car currently has 4.30 gears in it but I am going to have to change those out after the trans swap. See my sig for my setup. I plan on running a Yank 4000 stall. I also plan on spraying the car a little. (Not 200 like my sig says, because I would proab. blow through the new converter) I also dont daily drive the car on the street. It comes out a couple times a week during the summer for short trips/ car gatherings. It is going to see the track quite a bit. I was thinking a set of 3.73's would be good, but do you guys think I would benefit using something different?

I have 373's in my big block El camino SS with a TH-400. Like them very much. I believe they would be perfect for your application. Rpms are a little high on the highway but perfect at the track.

3.73 are perfect up to about 145 mph on a 28" tire

the 3.73's would work very well in your application.
