What rear end? Stock 10 bolt? Also what kind of power are you making and are you gonna be spraying it? If 4.10's should be enough for you if your on motor but if your on spray you might want to think about 4.30's I wouldnt do anything on the 10 bolt. But if you did do it on the 10 bolt stop at 4.10's.

moser 40 spilne 9 inch making around 950 RWHP supercharged
my other car has a 4.10 in a moser 9" 36 spline its a cam only nitrous car (410hp on motor) and i put 28s on it it just felt a good bit more slugish through the gears

I think if you should either go with 4.10 or 4.30 then. I know for a fact that Bob at EPP is running a 4.10 with a 28inch tire and said its a good combo. I had asked him a few weeks ago when I was doin my research. I dont know how much HP he is running though. I would say if you never plan on running 1/8th mile then go with 4.10's though.
