Default gears to go with my setup

i have 3.23's now and i'd like to stay here or move up alittle but i really don't want 3.73's at all. i'm puttin a 3XXX stall so i'm wondering what gears will be good with this. the cam i'm installin is a tr 230/224 so i'll be lookin at close to 400rwhp

if you have 3.23's and don't want to go 3.73 it's a complete waste of money to go in between, get the new stall and run the car then see how you like it, but with a cam it'll need more gear to get the most out of it.
