Default extended wheel studs

I have extended wheel studs on my 9 inch. A shop put the wheels on, and now that I go to take them off I have not been able to find a socket that will reach the actual bolt because the studs are too long

The rim design doesn't allow the stock jack handle thing to work either. WTF are you guys doing to get these off

thanks andrew

I have the long studs on my 9" too, a deep impact socket reaches my lugs just fine.

I have some HP Evos and long (ARP) studs. The Evos have a very narrow hole, so only a thin-wall socket will work (my impacts are too thick). I have a deep thin wall 12-point socket that I have to use - got it at AutoZone (Great Neck). You'll probably need something like that. It fits the hole and is deep enough to bypass the stud.

I have tried several deep sockets and they won't work. Just a little too short
