will a 3 series carrier fit my 2 series housing also will my 2 series axels work on a 3 series carrier...i have abs and traction control too...let me know thanks in advance!

the housing doesn't make it a 2-series, the differential does. All you need is the 3 series differential and gears and you are good to go. All 89+* F-Bodies have 28 spline axles.
*Although not all 89-92 F-Bodies got them, but most did.
