Anybody using PST 3.5 driveshafts?
I just ordered a PST 3.5 driveshaft for my car and was wondering if anybody is using it, and does it hold the power? My 6spd street car makes 550+rwhp N/A. I went to the track and twisted the stock driveshaft in two. I was going to do a steel DS but I went with PST DS.Going to a 3.5 DS will I have fitting issues? I have a strange 12bolt, 3inch true duels, adj torque arm with the cross brace.

Well, I run a PST 3.75" driveshaft, although it is carbon fiber. I'm guessing yours is aluminum.
So, I can really only speak for fitment issues. I run my 3.75" CF driveshaft through a driveshaft loop and straight to my Strange 12-bolt, no issues. The carbon fiber shaft should handle anything I'd ever throw at it, and I would assume that their aluminum shaft would be fine at your power levels.

It is the alum one. I just don't want to break again. I plan on doing a FI set up in April. So will this DS take 550rwhp launches at 5000 RPM at the track? Will it take 800+rwhp launches to when I do FI? I very rare go to the track it is more a hwy car

There suppose to be good to either 1000 or 1200 hp. I broke mine just after installing and breaking in the M9, and did it on the street. I was planning on getting a PST anyhow, just fig'd the stocker would hold on the damn street! It must have been hurt from when I broke the 10 bolt with ET Streets. I'll be calling up Bob at EPP in a few weeks to get mine on the way. Got alot going on right now.
