The second one is the one I used, and it worked fine. I've done the swap a couple of times. First one by myself took 8hrs. Last one took 40minutes.
One thing that you'll have to do is pull your axle shafts, even if they are already included on the swapped axle. Need to do this because you have to remove your backing plates, unless the new one has the backing plates installed.
