Ted J is a big liar! I went in for a tune on a procharged coyote stang and he couldnt tune it the values he loaded into the tables were so off that the ecm rejected his tune. 5 hrs later he told me I had to leave my car the weekend so he could finish it on Monday. I drove 3 hrs back on my original tune I came with! He made me pay him $350 for his time or I couldn't have my car! He doesn't know what's he's doing and lies that he does!

Might as well post my sob story.
I dropped my car off at JRE back in 2012, with less than 1800 miles on it (biggest mistake of my life), $70K later & 5 easy passes 416 motor goes bye bye.
Was only 10-15K deep after reading Georges post on C5, my gut told me something was amiss, I should have had my car returned right then and there but didn't...
Ted was very dishonest throughout the entire build, his primary concern was payment nothing else. Obviously I was duped like many others.
Anyway car drives like ****, and 100% certain something critical will blow if I take it to the track. If anyone could recommend a good tuner near me I'd appreciate it. Also, I refuse to work with any tuner that is a C5 sponsor or has any dealings with JRE.

Yep, I have the black SS. BTW nice write up on c5, I'm shocked they only closed the thread. How's your car doing?

Wow, $200 to adjust your speedo? That literally takes 5 seconds to change and 35 seconds to load back into the car. I bought some of his parts for my diff and asked about a strange clunk I was having. His advice was to, "shift faster." That was the biggest **** you I ever got from a vendor. Week later, the diff literally caved in on itself. I hope his shop caves in on itself.

He tuned my 5th gen. Did a good job but I actually know how to review logs and made sure it wasn't fucked up.
Do agree though that attitude displayed over at Jannetty needs some working.
