Synapse Motorsport 2010 SS Camaro. In the last few years we have had a lot of success broadening our customer base and markets. From the introduction of our cobalt parts, world challenge racing, genesis development and now the arrival of our beautiful Camaro SS. Some of you may know, but we have done a lot of LS work recently and are excited to further develop the platform and continue product development. Expect to see Head/Cam/Intake/Exhaust packages, turbo kits, and tons of dyno/tuning and testing.
Here is a look at the baseline dyno
The stock Airbox isn't much of a restriction until the upper end of the power band. We have designed a custom Cold air intake and here are some results.
After installing full Kooks 1 7/8ths headers and catless mids along with our intake we put it on the dyno to tune it and see what it would make. After some tuning this was the end result!!!!
We then installed the new custom camshaft, that was designed to work with stock LS3 intake manifold/Cylinder heads and not make the car run like complete garbage, modified rockers, springs, retainers, spring seats pushrods and seals, degreed it all in and these were the results. I believe once I have some more time on the dyno with it 465-470 WHP should be attainable. This was a strapped for time tune so expect better results to come. The comparison graph is the custom cam/included parts VS Intake full exhaust and tuning! We are rather happy with the results so far...100 WHP increase from stock, with zero drivability loss. This is also our stage 1 Cam and we are designing 2/3 more for Boost specific to full blown N/A Screamer.

Twin kit production is now under way. We are glad to be able to offer a full custom turbo kit to the 5th gen crowd with a few different options such as different turbos, V bands, Custom manifolds and other accessories. Look forward to posting the results and plenty of pictures soon.
