No to the titanium valves but the dyno shows no valve float.

Yes the rear is quiet.....for now lol

Yeah I can't swing headers and TD's right now but 3" TD's look like they are in my future.... I think the cats and Y pipe are choking it

Throw a manual cutout before the cat on the cheap and open it up for your dyno pulls.
If you do better than current, you answered your question about the cats.

Your whole exhaust should be upgraded. You really should be running 1 7/8" headers with your power level. An ORY ypipe with a nice merge would also help power, and either run a cutout or 4in catback. Or true duals if you want to go that route.

You'll be over 500whp.
