LSx Swap, needing general engine suggestions

LSx Swap, needing general engine suggestions thought id post here to get some suggestions or help from you guys. im planning on doing a lsx swap with a lm7 5.3 into my 87 Iroc, ive already done my homework and know what it will take to swap it in and what i need to do so what im needing help with is my motor setup since im new to the lsx world.
what i plan on running is a 5.3 as mentioned and im using a weiand intake, the stock block, boring the motor out and using ls1 pistons and rods, porting and polishing the stock heads. also i plan on boosting it with a 75mm turbo
where my questions really lye are with the compression ratio, the camshaft, and springs, also feel free to add any suggestions.
i know that the stock compression with the lm7 is 9.5 while i know with the ls1 components it will be raised and what size of piston should i run that would be good.
also i looked into running a virginia speed VTC 2 Turbo Camshaft, otherwise ill probably run a ls6 cam.
lastly any suggestions on springs?
