Default Radio or electrical problem?

Hello! I own a 2013 Camaro LS (bought it after winning money on the Villento online casino here is review https://bestcasinos-ca.com/reviews/villento-casino.php) and for it’s lifespan up until now, I have had no major issues. I am hoping my problem now isn’t a major one. About a week ago, I started noticing it. My radio (the standard issue radio that came with the car) started going black when I started the car. It would take a minute, but then it would make this weird bloopy type noise (sorry, can't explain well) and come back on. I thought it was the aux cord at first, so I got a new one. That didn't help. Lately now though, it takes longer and longer to come on when the car turns on. It will flicker on and off constantly for maybe five minutes, then eventually come on and stay on. My blinker noise is silent and the gas light beep is silent. I’m not sure what this could be. Is it a problem with the radio itself, or an electrical problem with the car? Any advice would be appreciated!
