I have been working on a 04 vette. It has sat for roughly 2 years. I have replaced the fuel pump as it was bad. Now the car will try and start but will only stay running if carb clesner or starting fluid is fed to it. I have pulled the codes since starting it and have a bank 1 & 2 lean. Please help

DO NOT USE STARTING FLUID OR CARB CLEANER TO RUN A EFI ENGINE! The intake runs a high risk of exploding. Is the fuel fresh in the car?

check the fuel pump relay as well. ive had a 2000 z28 sit for well over 3 and fire right up.

Not a Vette guy, but maybe the fuel filter clogged from sitting???

My first thought as well. A close second is the 2 year old crappy ethanol fuel that has been attracting water all this time. No wonder it doesn't run. If that's the situation you will need to clean or empty the tank, and all the lines to clear out all that crap.
