Default Offset Lever and Shifter Cup Replacement?

I just pulled my shifter out and noticed that the nylon bushing is ripped and torn to hell. I've been having a lot of play in my shifter while in gear and I believe this is to blame. My question is how do you replace the offset lever that holds the bushing? I have no clue what it connects to and what needs to be done to remove and replace it. I would just replace the bushing but it is epoxied in and there is no way I'm going to be able to remove it. Any help is appreciated.

Buy an MGW shifter & never look back.

If You're talking about the cup down below the shifter, then it can be replaced.
