try a easy out first or drill out the the bolt and try to re-tap. if not use a heli coil kit.

The most sure fire way of getting it out is setting a nut over the hole and welding the nut/bolt together. If the engine or head is still in the car that may not be an option. If you use reverse drill bits and an easy out, punch the broken bolt to center the drill bit, and work your way up in drill bit sizes and constantly spray the bits with oil. Try to use the easy out that fits the deepest into the hole, if you break a bit or easyout in the whole welding is about your only option as the bits/easy out is hardened steel. Don't forget to use tape or something on your drill bits so you don't go to far in and penetrate the water jacket, put the bit into another exhaust mani bolt hole or use an exhaust bolt to see where to put the tape.
